We have been known to set up a surprise kitchen in the home to cook up
an intimately chosen menu of our in-house items. If you prefer, we can
also provide 
the product and the A-B-C steps to cook it.

We rent cooking, preparation and serving equipment for lobster boils and
other shellfish events. We also provide a variety of complimentary products
to make the event a success, including our proprietary sauces and condiments.
For nearly 30 years, we have shipped custom-packed gourmet gift boxes
which include either Oysters from our beds in Prince Edward Island (with
shucking knife, shucking board and special sauce) or live lobsters from
Atlantic Canada. Why not send the very best to your shell fish loving
friends! To discuss an appropriate gift, ask for the head of catering
