Each day we draw
shipments from both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts to ensure a ready
supply of Oysters, Clams, Mussels, Scallops, and the very best Lobsters
and Dungeness Crab. We also stock specialty fish product, both live and
smoked, and feature smoked Nova Scotia Salmon from "Willy Krauch's",
one of the oldest and certainly the most renowned smoke-house in Atlantic
Canada.
We can also provide
shucked Oysters with the shell for your baking or banquette needs.
We take particular care
to ensure that all orders are hand-graded and washed to ensure that prime
quality is maintained. Our Oysters are all laid cup down to prevent moisture
loss and are packed with a layer of fresh rockweed for a comfortable environment
to ease the stress of travel.
We provide same-day
delivery to the Greater Toronto Area for all orders received by 11:30
am, Monday through Saturday.
We will also ship
throughout Ontario and Quebec via Greyhound Courier Express for overnight
service to your door.
